Privacy notice
Last updated 26 October 2026. This explains what Lending Lenny does with the details you give us when you ask for business funding.
Who we are
Lending Lenny is a trading name of Productimiser Ltd (company number 15016956, 41 Petley Road, London W6 9SU), the controller of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
- About you: your name, email address and phone number.
- About your business: its name, company number or postcode, how long it has traded, its turnover, whether you or a director own a home, and the funding you want.
- From public records: your company's Companies House record (status, age, filings and registered address).
- Technical details: your IP address, browser, the page that sent you to us and the advert you clicked, used to stop fraud and to see which adverts work.
What we do with it, and why we're allowed to
| What | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Check your business exists and is trading, and grade your request so it reaches the right broker. | Legitimate interests: matching requests properly and stopping fraud. |
| Pass your request to one finance broker or lender, who contacts you about it. | Your consent, given with the tick box when you apply. |
| Email you a confirmation and reference number. | Steps you asked us to take. |
| Keep a record of your consent and our checks. | Legal obligation and legitimate interests (showing what we did and why). |
We don't sell your details to more than one firm, we don't use them to market other products to you, and we don't make decisions about you that have legal or similar effects. Lenders make their own lending decisions.
Who we share it with
- One broker or lender we match to your request. They become a controller of your details and must give you their own privacy notice when they contact you.
- Service providers who run things for us under contract: our hosting provider (servers in the EU), Zoho (email) and Companies House (we search its public register).
- Regulators, police or courts, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from your request, then we delete your contact details. We keep the record of your consent for six years in case of a complaint or legal claim.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent stops us passing your details on; it doesn't undo a referral already made, but we'll tell the broker you've withdrawn. We reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
